First click START BUTTON then click 'Run'
then type regedit
PRESS enter
to open REGISTERY EDITOR....

look at this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex

find key by name:
"Startup Delay"
double click there...
now where its base...
CLICK DECIMAL...
by now default value is 4800000
change value to 40000....
